R. Kelly’s 22 chapter “Trapped In The Closet” series ended with all the characters talking about some sort of “package”, and if you’re anything like us, you’ve been biting your nails over it for the past five years. Well it’s time to give those cuticles a rest because R-Kells announced yesterday that he’s written 32 (!) more chapters!

The hip-hopera that started with R. Kelly ducking into his mistress’s closet when her husband got home received massive acclaim from critics for its creativity and drama. But then it all just…kinda…stopped. Sure there was the South Park episode, and the Weird Al parody, but all we ever really wanted was the real thing.

We’ve got our fingers crossed that this actually gets released, although R Kelly did say the project was still looking for investors. Pony up, people! We need to see how this ends!
